Brenna Boucher

Get to know the photographer

I'm Brenna, a Texas-based photographer with a heart for weddings and adventure elopements. Currently based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (but I travel far and wide!), I specialize in romantic storytelling, warm, emotive portraits, and those perfectly imperfect candid moments that make life so beautiful.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me planning my next adventure, thrifting and hunting estate sales, rewatching Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prejudice, or Gilmore Girls (yep, again), or on the water with my paddle board.

I grew up in the wedding industry, learning the ropes as a floral designer alongside my mom (who’s an incredible designer herself). From a young age, I was surrounded by creativity, celebration, and the beautiful specific kind of chaos that makes wedding days so special. Over time, I found myself falling in love with a different kind of storytelling that lasts forever.

When I started my own business, I knew from the very start that I wanted to lead with empathy, stay rooted in my values, and always put people first. All love is welcome here, always. I want you to feel safe, seen, celebrated, and fully yourself in front of my camera. I know safe spaces can sometimes be missing in the wedding industry, especially for couples who don’t fit neatly into boxes, and creating that sense of belonging is something I care deeply about.

Adventure elopements hold a huge piece of my heart, especially because I eloped myself. There’s something incredibly powerful about choosing presence over tradition if that’s what feels right for you. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places, wandering through other countries, chasing landscapes that feel like entire other worlds, and slowly checking national parks off my lifelong bucket list. I bring that same curiosity and joy into every session and elopement day, helping you find locations that feel like you stepped into your own version of magic.

Whether you’re exchanging vows on a mountaintop, running barefoot on the coast, or hosting a full wedding surrounded by everyone you love, my goal is always the same: I want you to feel connected, like yourself, and completely present while I document your story honestly and artfully. The photos we create together should feel like you and transport you right back into the way the day felt.

I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and capture something real and unforgettable together.

My Journey into Photography

I grew up surrounded by creativity. My mom, a talented floral designer, taught me how to see beauty in the smallest details. From arranging flowers for weddings to working as a planner, I learned early on how special those memories are. Eventually, I realized that my true passion wasn’t just creating beautiful things, but capturing them—preserving those real, unposed moments that make people feel something. Now, I get to tell your stories through my lens, and it’s the most rewarding work I could ever imagine.

What drives me

What I love most about photography is how it lets me connect with people. It’s an honor to be part of the most intimate moments of your life, whether it’s an engagement, your wedding day, or going with you on your favorite date to capture the small beautiful moments of who you are.

I’ll be honest: I’m a romantic at heart, and I’ve been known to tear up during weddings or sweet, emotional moments. It’s hard not to when you see true love unfold right in front of you. There is magic in capturing those moments that take your breath away and turn them into memories that last forever.
