An Intimate Celebration at Roots | Karishma & Anselm
Karishma and Anselm had already said “I do” in a beautiful wedding ceremony in Nepal surrounded by Karishma’s family — a day full of tradition, color, and joy. But they knew they wanted to share something just as meaningful with Anselm’s side here in Texas.
So on a quiet day in Fort Worth, tucked into the cozy and welcoming space at Roots, they gathered with just a small circle of their closest people to celebrate once more.
This wasn’t about recreating a big wedding. It was about presence. About honoring Anselm’s family, especially his mom, for whom this moment meant the world.
Every part of the day was intentional and personal — from the way they spoke their vows with quiet sincerity to the sweetest ring bearer of all: their pup, proudly trotting down the aisle with the rings tied gently around his collar.
These are the days I treasure photographing most. The ones where you can feel the emotion in every word spoken, where the people in the room are the ones who know you best, and where love is the centerpiece of it all.
Karishma and Anselm, thank you for letting me be part of this beautiful chapter. Your day was a reminder that weddings don’t have to be big to be deeply meaningful — sometimes the smallest gatherings hold the most heart.
