I don’t take that lightly.
From the second you hit “send” on my contact form to the moment you’re flipping through your gallery in your coziest sweats, this is all about making you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely yourself. We’ll laugh, probably cry a little (okay, me — I’ll cry at ya'll being all cute together), and create photos that actually feel like you.

You’re busy planning a wedding (or elopement or last-minute “let’s do this” moment) - the last thing you need is someone who disappears after the deposit. I’ve got a built in rhythm to keep us connected and make sure everything flows smoothly from the day you book to the moment you get your final gallery.
Here’s how we’ll stay in touch along the way:
It all starts with you reaching out! You’ll fill out my contact form and tell me a little bit about your story, your plans, and what you're dreaming up. Within a day or two, I’ll slide into your inbox with a warm hello, all the info you need, and an invite to hop on a call (or Zoom or coffee — whatever fits best). It’s just a chill, no-pressure chat to see if we vibe and to help you feel totally confident in your decision.
Once we’re officially booked (yay!), I’ll send over a quick and easy Pre-Wedding Questionnaire to get to know you better — your style, your dynamic, your dog’s name (very important). This helps me understand what’s most important to you so I can tailor everything to match your vibe.
I’ll pop in with a check-in email to say hey and see how things are coming along. No pressure — just making sure you still like me and haven’t run off to elope in secret (unless that’s the plan, in which case, take me with you).
Time to meet up or hop on a call. We’ll talk vision, timeline, locations, and all the dreamy details — and answer any questions you’ve got floating around.
We’ll finalize your photography timeline, chat through any must-have shots, and make sure everything’s lining up the way you imagine it.
You’ll get an email from me walking you through what to expect the morning of. No last-minute surprises, just good vibes and clear plans.
One final call to check in, confirm any changes, and wrap up any loose ends. You can take a deep breath — we’re ready.
No logistics, just love. I’ll send a little note to remind you how excited I am and how amazing this is going to be. You're doing the thing!

I’ll show up ready and excited — and I’ll be exactly where I need to be, whether it’s capturing quiet moments while you’re getting ready or hyping you up before portraits. I’ll offer gentle direction when it’s helpful, and stay in the background when the moment speaks for itself. You’ll never feel stiff, posed, or unsure — just supported and seen.
Within a few days, you’ll get sneak peeks — just enough to make your heart flutter and hold you over while I work through the full story. Then, on your one-month anniversary, your full gallery will hit your inbox. Yep — a sweet surprise exactly one month after the big day!
